NEW CHAPTER FOR AN OLD BOTTLING PLANT

Burlington's vibrant South End Arts District, which was once the city's gritty industrial corridor, is now full of entrepreneurial spirit and change. In what was originally a soda bottling plant for Venetian Ginger Ale, The Soda Plant on Pine Street is now home to small businesses that range from brewers to artists. Together under one roof (or rather a few connected roofs) we are pouring our hearts into our businesses in this unique incubator space. And we welcome you to come see what we're up to!

Whether stopping by The Soda Plant for a tasty beverage or to peruse the studios, shops and galleries that call 266 & 270 Pine Street home, we encourage you to wander and let your curiosity lead you through the halls. With new things to hear, see and taste around every corner, a visit to The Soda Plant offers a true sensory experience. View business directory HERE.

Thanks to Retromotion Creative (located in the Soda Plant) for the beautiful film above!
